[{"title":"What is this? ","content":"

We wanted to reward our regular and loyal customers by introducing a Loyalty Club that will effectively give you a 2.5% discount for every single purchase you make with us in the form of Loyalty Points to spend in the future. You can redeem Points earned on subsequent orders or save them to build up for something really special over any 12 month period. Your call !

"},{"title":"Who can join and how?","content":"

Anyone can join so long as any delivery address for purchases is in the UK. If you create an account online and subscribe to our emails you will be automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Club. In shop we will ask you if you wish to join the scheme so that you can earn Loyalty Points on both your current and future orders.

If you were an existing email subscriber to our store before 1st October 2026 then you will have been automatically enrolled in the Club and you don't need to do anything! We will have sent you an email to confirm!

"},{"title":"How do I earn points?","content":"

You will earn points on every purchase with us once enroled in the Loyalty Club. You will earn 2.5 points for every £1 spent excluding shipping, discounts and any store credits applied.

For example, you select 6 bottles of wine online with a retail value of £100,. A 5% discount applies for a 6 bottle purchase (so cost now £95) and you then also apply a £5 store credit earned from previous loyalty purchases. Total payable would be £90 plus shipping where applicable (£9.99). So you might actually pay £99.99 but you would only earn loyalty points on £90 (2.5 pts x 90 = 225 pts).

To note that any Loyalty points earned for purchases that are subsequently returned or refunded will be cancelled and reversed from your Loyalty points account total.

"},{"title":"How do I convert my points into store credit?","content":"

You earn 2.5 points for every £1 spent with us (less any discounts, store credits or shipping) and this will be automatically applied to all qualifying accounts post Check Out and can be redeemed against future orders both online and in shop. You will need to have a minimum of 100 points to redeem a £1 store credit which you can apply to your order at Check Out.

If online use the orange widget in the bottom right corner to redeem your points to store credit. You can only redeem a points award in multiples of £1, £5 or £10 store credit. For example, if you have 138 points you can redeem £1 (100 points) against your purchase and your points balance of 38 will be carried over.

If you are in the shop we can do this for you and we will point out as you pay if you have enough points to redeem a store credit! Cheers!

"},{"title":"Do my points or store credit expire?","content":"

You have 12 months from the date that your points were earned to redeem them which should give you plenty of time to make good use of them! The same expiry date of 12 months applies to any store credit you have redeemed that remains unused within that timeframe.

"},{"title":"I need help!","content":"
