Shipping policy

Where can we deliver to?

We can currently deliver to UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) only. 

Local Delivery

We can deliver FREE OF CHARGE to any postcodes within a 1.0 mile radius of the store. A minimum order value of £75 applies for this local e-bike delivery service. If the order is received before 2pm we can normally deliver the same day (excluding Monday's) either late afternoon or early evening. We will contact you to agree a delivery window.

UK Mainland Delivery

We offer a Next Day delivery service if your order is received before noon (Tuesday to Sunday) although it can take up to 3 business working days depending on your location. Deliveries are FREE OF CHARGE for orders £150 and above. If your order is less than £150 the cost of delivery will be £9.99 (including VAT).  DPD Local is our preferred carrier. They may request 'proof of age' at point of delivery. You will be provided with tracking information and delivery updates by email/text.

In Store Collection

We offer a Same Day collection service in the store if your order is received before 2pm (Tuesday to Sunday). Contact us if you need to collect the order earlier and we will do our very best to make it happen!
