Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The return costs will be at your expense unless we have agreed otherwise. As soon as the return is received in store and we are happy with the condition of the returned item(s) we will process a refund for the full value of the item(s) within 5 business days.

Damaged, Spoiled or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, the wrong item or missing so we can review and agree (with you)  remedial action.

If the wine is corked or spoiled on opening please reseal the bottle and contact us immediately so that we can discuss potential collection and/or credit/replacing the item.

If the wine has been purchased more than 6 months ago we reserve the right not to reimburse or replace the cost of the item unless we are satisfied that the wine has been stored appropriately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
