OK, wow. This is different. Seriously different. GOOD different, but definitely different. This is an organic, high-altitude zippy Provence rose from limestone soils that then ages in 45 year old Manzanilla sherry barrels for 5 months under a layer of flor yeast. Crazy. But so delicious and gastronomic. It's like salted redcurrants and raspberry with a hint of sourdough and a peppery finish.
