Menetou-Salon 'Vignes de Ratier' 2016, Domaine Pelle

A great reminder, should you need one, that Sauvignon Blanc really is one of the great white grape varieties when in the right hands. Domaine Pelle is a legendary, progressive, low-intervention producer in Menetou Salon, and this is a special small parcel of library release 2016. Waxy, textural and absolutely humming with orchard fruits and salted nuts - glorious stuff!
