Dry Red No. 2 2019, Yarra Yering

One of the great modern Aussie reds, this is old vine Shiraz that is co fermented with some Viognier, Mataro (Mourvedre) and Marsanne, in a bit of a nod to Cote Rotie. Beautifully opulent and perfumed, with silky tannins, fine acidity and bags of detailed fruit. Exceptional wine beginning its journey of evolution.
