Tom Carson and Yabby Lake have established themselves as one of Australia's quality leaders for high quality Pinot and Chardonnay and this wine is stunning. Cool, restrained and with a distinctly mineral feel to it, this is not the buttery opulent Chardys of yesteryear. Wonderful acid drive and just the faintest whisper of well-integrated oak to round the sharp edges.
