Chardonnay 2021, Yarra Yerring

One of Australia's great modern producers, the eponymous Yarra Yerring in Yarra Valley are known for beautifully elegant, layered wines that age forever. This is a fine, taut, acid-forward Chardonnay with lovely lemon and grapefruit steely fruit and a whisper of ginger spice. Ageworthy and delicious.
