Chardonnay 2021, Weingut Knewitz

This was such a fabulous surprise when we tasted it, a single site Chardonnay from the Rheinhessen in Germany. Very modern style, taut, lean and brimming with freshness with a touch of the struck match flinty minerality adding lots of interest. Very impressive wine.
