Champagne 'PN TX20' NV, Bollinger

This a relatively new cuvee from Bollinger, designed to express the Tauxières terroir through Pinot Noir, which they think has incredible potential from this cru. This version is based around the 2020 vintage, with reserve wines including 2008 and 2012 making up more than 25% of the blend. It's beautifully precise and linear with a very vinous backbone - think quince, white peach, ginger spice and toast all shot through with a core of crunchy redcurrant fruit. Incredible Champagne.
