Chablis 2024, Domaine de Mauperthuis

A family estate created by Marie-Noëlle & Laurent Ternynck, Domaine de Mauperthuis is located in Prehy, near the town of Chablis. They work biodynamically and all fermentations are with wild yeast and minimal sulphur additions. This is a bright, crisp, unoaked Chablis with bags of green apple and citrus.
