Bourgogne Dijon 2023, Maison Gautheron d'Anost

Grapes come from a plot called Les Prés Chandois, planted in 2017. It is located on Le Cras, an east-facing plateau overlooking Lac Kir; it contains high limestone content. This is a superb, mineral, focused White Burgundy.
