Blanc de Noirs 'Crush & Brisk' 2019, Blackbook

This is a collaboration between urban winery Blackbook John and Frances Needham, long-time lovers of wine with a passion for the complexity of Blanc de Noirs. Pinot Noir here comes from the Suffolk coast and the wine is aged on lees for 4 years. This is spicy, vinous and gastronomic, a seriously complex food-friendly fizz with lots of action.
