Araceli Pinot Grigio 2022, Renegade

This is a skin-contact "ramato" style Pinot Grigio - essentially Pinot Grigio crushed and left on its skins for a few days like a light red wine. It has a lovely balance of juicy cherry fruit and some subtle spicy white pepper flavours getting stuck in. Great with spicy and aromatic food - think Thai salads and equivalent.
