Alcohol Free Sparkling 'Champagner Bratbirne', Jorg Geiger

Dealcoholized sparkling wine made exclusively from the Champagner-Bratbirne (Champagne roasting pear). After at least 3 years of bottle fermentation, matured vintages of the sparkling pear wine are opened and gently dealcoholized, then blended with a touch of pear juice and flower extracts. This is as good as alcohol free wine gets.
