Semillon, Vermentino, Muscat a Petit Grain and Viognier from the Barossa Valley with a light dunk of skin contact to add to the delicious floral, textural notes. Made by one of the most exciting new(ish) producers in Australia, this is an awesome, layered, complex white which will work brilliantly with Asian dishes.
