McLaren Vale Shiraz/Viognier 2021, Willunga 100

Willunga 100 are best known for their beautifully balanced, ethereal Blewitt Springs Grenache, but here they lean to the other side of the Rhone Valley for a Cote-Rotie inspired co-ferment of Shiraz and Viognier. Lovely plummy, stony dark berry fruit from the Shiraz and the Viognier just weaving a little floral lift on it. Lovely stuff.
