In a very short space of time, Stephen Pannell has gone from being one of Australia’s best and brightest young talents to one of their most lauded winemakers. This is a bright, tangy, floral expression of Fiano, fermented 75% in stainless steel and 25% in old oak. It's textural and really food friendly and should be a great match for food with a lick of spice.
