Getariako Txakolina 'K Pilota' 2022, Bodega K5

Made from a grape that sounds like a motorbike - Hondarrabi Zuri - grown at 300m above the Bay of Biscay. No ordinary Txakoli, this is aged for 6 months on lees before bottling. Super-focused acidity, lemon rind & green herbs, and that lees ageing gives it some proper texture & body.
