Espumante Maria Gomes NV, Luis Pato

A really delicious fizz made from local variety Maria Gomes by Bairrada hero Luis Pato. Lovely sweet-floral fruits on the nose, and a touch of toasty / biscuit character. Dry on the palate, but not too Brut, tasting of apples, jasmine and pithy citrus. Delicious easy guzzling.
