Corsica 'Le Bois du Cerf' Blanc 2024, Domaine Vico

One of Corsica's best producers, a historic one at that as the domaine was founded in 1901. They work both organically and biodynamically and focus on local varieties rather than more commercial international ones. ‘Le Bois du Cerf’ Blanc is made from 100% Vermentinu, sourced from 45-year-old vines planted on blue schist soils. It's beautifully clean and pure, lots of quince, pear and fresh citrus here, with a gentle herbal aniseed twist. Beautifully gastronomic white.
