Corbieres Rouge Boutenac Racine Cuvee Classique 2022, Ollieux Romanis

This is a lovely, juicy and plush Corbières, made with organic fruit and a proper crowd pleaser. Mainly Carignan with some Mourvedre and Syrah chucked into the mix, this has bright red plum, blackberry and blackcurrant fruit and some attractive peppery spice too.
