Single vineyard Shiraz from the northern part of South Australia's Clare Valley, wild yeast-fermented and aged for 9 months in old French oak. Plenty of the dark red fruit and spice you'd expect, all brought into focus by supporting tannins and plenty of freshness. Earthy, wild & spicy flavours are really helping to turn this into a deep and rich beauty.
