93% grapes from the terrarossa/ red loam laid over limestone of the renowned Watervale subregion often referred to as "The Golden Mile", with the other 7% coming from later ripening vineyards. This is pure, crystalline Clare Valley Riesling, all puckering grapefruit and fresh lime juice acid and mouth watering salinity. Delicious stuff.
