Clare Valley Riesling 'Watervale' 2024, Mount Horrocks

Mount Horrocks Wines, in Clare Valley, is owned by winemaker Stephanie Toole, who purchased the estate in 1993 after a career selling fine wines in Perth. They are certified organic, and now biodynamic, and make some of the purest, most elegant wines around. This is benchmark Clare Valley Riesling, razor sharp and taut and loaded with freshly squeezed lime juice and salty, slatey mineral notes. Will age wonderfully but also drinks so delicious and zestily when young.
