Our house Champagne that Charlie has served for many years, just an absolutely delicious glass of fizz at a very good price. From a family run Champagne house just south of Epernay, this is made entirely of Pinot Noir and Meunier and has really attractive plum, apple and red cherry fruit alongside some citrus and classy brioche and toasty notes. Top fizz.
