Chablis 1er Cru 'Beauroy' 2023, Christophe Camu

Christophe Camu and his son Dylan are 6th and 7th generation Chablis vignerons, and this is a fabulous wine that showcases all of that experience. From the Premier Cru, south-facing Beauroy vineyard, just northwest of Chablis town, this is layered, textural and full of salty, citrus fruit and subtle spice. Sure to be long-lived.
