Central Coast Chardonnay 2022, Calera

Josh Jensen is one of the pioneers of modern Californian Chardonnay, and by that I mean Chardonnay with delicious ripeness and flesh, but not butter bomb spicy wines that have had the terroir stripped away by enormous oak. This has flavour and texture balanced by lovely pithy citrus and racy acidity.
