Consolation is the project of Andy Cook, an English winemaker who is a long-term friend and makes fabulous wines in the Roussillon with old vine fruit and organic farming. This is made predominately from the best plots of the Mas Christine estate. Super intensity, depth of flavour and freshness all come together here - dark, juicy plums, licorice, white pepper and garrique herbs all mingle.
