Cape White Blend 'Rocking Horse' 2023, Thorne & Daughters

Thorne & Daughters is a wonderful family winery in the Western Cape of South Africa, found in 2012 by John and Tasha Seccombe with the idea of crafting soulful, delicious wines that feel authentically South African. This is an absolutely stonking South African white made predominately with Roussanne but with some Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay,  Semillon and Clairette. It's beautifully textured but with lovely freshness and crystalline citrus and some nutty notes too.
