Calatayud Garnacha 'Mimetic' 2023, Gallina de Piel

Made by the former head sommelier of El Bulli restaurant David Seijas. 'Mimetic' comes from 40 to 80-year-old Garnacha vines grown on deep, red clay soils with large surface pebbles in Aragon’s Calatayud appellation. This is a really forward, juicy Garnacha with strawberry and plum fruit.
