Cahors 'Cuvee Grand Prestige' 2019, Chateau La Coustarelle

Blackberry and licorice fuelled Malbec (or Cot as it was originally called here) from its birth-place in Cahors. Aged in barrel and bottle for maximum complexity and to help meld the tannins together, this is a lovely brooding expression of the grape variety.
