Bourgueil 'Franco de Porc' 2021, Domaine de la Chevalerie

From a family run winery established in 1640, made using biodynamically farmed fruit and made pretty naturally, this is an earthy, dark expression of Cabernet Franc with lovely floral aromas and a meaty core.
