Wines here have remarkable depth and a inqie seam of freshness sewn in. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache, all estate and organically grown. Wild yeast, aged for 2 years in old oak barrels, it is dark, stoney, ripe yet dry with a sprinkling of rosemary and huge depth of flavour.
